Meet Katie,

Katie has been a makeup artist and hair stylist since 2001. She started her career in Buffalo after 2 years of college. She has moved from Buffalo to Scottsdale, AZ then to Santa Monica, CA and finally Boston, MA. She wanted to make a difference and always desired to grow in her craft. She began working as an educator for a global hair brand. She traveled all over the US and Canada, having rigorous trainings while growing her skillset and passion. This fueled opportunities to work with other global brands, education manager for a global brand in Boston. Various NY and LA fashion weeks, editorial shoots, musicians, celebrities and world leaders. While she loved those experiences, her true passion is behind the chai; helping clients feel beautiful & confident while offering a salon experience that is above & beyond.

True to her California vibe, her speciality is balayage and lived-in luxury blondes and brunettes. She loves creating low-maintenance, sexy & effortless looks that are healthy, shiny & bouncy.

When she's not working, she is typically with her 9 year old son on an adventure, doing yoga, gym, painting or traveling.
